Your agreement and the service
These terms are between you and Inimbal, operated from England and Wales, United Kingdom (support@inimbal.com). By selecting the agreement checkbox when registering, you accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Inimbal provides AI-based language practice, not accredited instruction or a guarantee of fluency. Use the service lawfully, keep your login details private and do not upload content you have no right to use.
Paid subscriptions and payment collection are not currently enabled. No paid subscription is created by registration, and no price or payment commitment is implied by a ‘coming soon’ plan.
Monthly subscriptions when available
If paid plans are introduced, a monthly subscription will renew automatically each month at the price and on the renewal date clearly shown before you pay, until cancelled. Any annual or alternative billing period will be identified separately before purchase. We will present the total price, relevant taxes, billing period and applicable terms before you authorise payment; future price changes will be notified before they apply.
You may cancel at any time through My Profile / billing settings once billing is enabled, or by contacting support@inimbal.com or the in-app contact form if you cannot access those settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not impose a cancellation fee. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period; cancellation alone does not create an automatic pro-rata refund, without limiting statutory rights. No cancellation control or checkout is currently active because paid plans are unavailable.
UK cancellation and refund rights
Where UK distance-contract rules apply, consumers normally have 14 days from entering a service contract to cancel. If you expressly request that a service starts during that period and then cancel, a proportionate charge may be due for service actually supplied, but only where the required information and express request were obtained. A service cancellation right is lost on full performance only where the legally required prior consent and acknowledgment were obtained.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, early supply removes the cooling-off right only after your express consent to supply during the cancellation period and acknowledgment that the right will be lost, with the required contract confirmation. The registration checkbox is not such a request, consent or waiver. The applicable treatment depends on the product supplied and will be stated at checkout.
To exercise a cancellation right, send a clear statement to support@inimbal.com or through the in-app contact form, identifying your account and purchase. Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it will be made within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise and without a refund fee. These terms do not exclude rights to repeat performance, repair or replacement, price reduction or refund for non-conforming digital content or services under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as applicable.
Content, availability and responsibility
You retain rights in content you submit and allow us to process it to provide your requested lessons. AI output may be inaccurate; consult the AI Usage Disclaimer. We may restrict unlawful or abusive use, but this does not remove your statutory rights or justify keeping money for services not supplied where a refund is required.
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or specific learning results.
Changes, complaints and applicable law
Contact support@inimbal.com or use the in-app contact form with complaints or cancellation requests. Material changes will be communicated in advance where appropriate and will not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain applicable, and these terms do not prevent you bringing a claim in a court available under applicable consumer law.
